摘要
选用氯化铬和醋酸为主要原料,采用改变分散介质方法合成了一种溶胶型有机铬交联剂。通过与聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)制备的调剖体系进行交联性能评价。结果表明,在n(Cr3+)/n(Ac-)=(1∶2.5)^(1∶3.0),交联剂Cr3+质量浓度为197~328mg/L,pH为7~9,与HPAM形成强度较高、稳定性较好的凝胶,且所制备铬溶胶原位交联剂在高矿化度、碱性溶液中具有良好的交联稳定性,适合油层深部原位交联,达到提高原油采收率目的。
The sol type organic chromium crosslinking agent was synthesized by the method of changing the dispersion medium ,which used the chromium chloride and acetic acid as the main raw materials .The crosslinking performance evaluation with HPAM the profile control system was made .The results show that the high strength and stability gel can be made when n(Cr3+ )/n(Ac- ) is (1∶ 2 .5)~ (1∶ 3 .0) ,mass concentration of Cr3+ is 197 ~ 328 mg/L ,and pH is 7 ~ 9 .The novel chromium crosslinking agent presented a good stability in the alkaline solution .Futhermore ,it is suitable for deep reservoir in-situ crosslinking ,which can enhancement of oil recovery .
