切开复位内固定术和关节融合术治疗lisfranc损伤的临床疗效分析 被引量：9

摘要 目的观察切开复位内固定术和关节融合术治疗足部lisfranc损伤的临床效果。方法采用回顾性分析的方法对2004年3月至2012年10月在本院进行手术治疗的足部lisfranc损伤患者54例,共有54足。按照Myerson分型方法进行分型,其中A型9例,B型38例,C型7例,治疗方法 30例采用切开复位内固定(ORIF)术进行治疗,24例采用关节融合术进行治疗。术后随访6～36个月,根据Maryland足部评分系统对患者术后的足部功能进行评价和术后并发症情况。结果 54例患者术后均获6～36个月的随访,Maryland足部评分,其中ORIF组术后足部功能优良率为80.00%,关节融合术组的优良率为54.16%,经统计学检验,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;ORIF组术后有1例出现骨性关节炎,2例出现切口边缘皮肤坏死,关节融合术组有2例出现术后足部疼痛,3例出现骨不愈合。结论与关节融合术相比,切开复位内固定术对足部lisfranc损伤治疗的Maryland足部评分优良率高,术后并发症较少。
