摘要
本文介绍了743μm光泵甲酸远红外激光器,在功率为16W的CO_2激光泵浦时,得到3mW稳定激光输出,用金属网格作为反射镜构成法布里——珀罗干涉仪测量了远红外激光波长,精度达到0.5%;应用平行金属网偏振片,检测了输出激光的偏振特性;用热释电探测器横向扫描测量了远红外激光的横向强度分布,并且与理论值进行了比较。
Optic-pumped formic acid far infrared laser with wavelength 743μm has been in- troduced in this paper. Output power 3 mW has been got on with pumped power 16W of CO_2 laser. We measured the wawelength of far infrared laser with precision of 0.5% by the F—P interfermeter which refleetors are made of metal mesh.We also measured the polarization by using the polaroid which is made of parallel metal lines,the transverse intensity distribution of modes by using thermo-electronic detector, and compare it with theoretical calculation.
