关节镜下聚乙烯带“8”字套扎加纽扣钢板固定治疗儿童后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨关节镜下聚乙烯带"8"字套扎加纽扣钢板固定治疗儿童后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的临床效果。方法对7例后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的儿童,在膝关节镜引导下行骨折复位、聚乙烯带"8"字套扎加纽扣钢板内固定。结果术后2周伤口均甲级愈合,6周骨折均骨性愈合,无移位。术后3个月,1例患者有Ⅰ度后抽屉试验阳性,嘱其加强股四头肌功能锻炼。术后12个月,所有患者后抽屉试验阴性,均无屈、伸膝受限,Lysholm膝关节功能评分为(93.22±2.80)分,随访期间未发现患肢短缩、成角等发育异常。结论关节镜下聚乙烯带"8"字套扎加纽扣钢板固定治疗儿童后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折内固定效果可靠,最大限度地减小对骨骺的损失,不影响儿童的生长发育,膝关节功能恢复好。
