摘要
急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)是急诊科常见而又重要的病种,尤其在农村经济欠发达地区更为常见,其发病急骤,死亡率很高,给家庭和社会造成了巨大损失,AOPP标准化及规范化治疗是降低死亡率的重要措施,熟练及正确地了解有机磷农药中毒的救治特点对降低AOPP病死率有很大帮助,作者归纳、整理及总结了近年的文献资料,拟将AOPP新的治疗方法及现状呈现给读者。
The acute organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning （AOPP） is a common and important disease in the emergency depart ment, especially the rural undeveloped areas. The onset of AOPP is rapid with high mortality rate, which can cause great losses to the families and society. The standardized treatment of AOPP is one of the important measures to reduce the mortality rate, and skilled and correct understanding of the treatment characteristics of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning has great significance to reduce the AOPP mortality. The authors summarize the recent literatures, to provide the new treatment methods and the present sit uation of AOPP to the readers.
