摘要 目的探讨感觉障碍对膝关节软骨退变的影响。方法随机选取20只Wistar大鼠感觉障碍侧膝关节软骨组织(模型组)与正常侧膝关节软骨组织(对照组),用免疫组织化学方法检测软骨中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和骨桥蛋白(OPN)的表达,并比较两组的差异。结果模型组IL-1β、OPN的表达均较对照组明显升高,差异有显著性(t=36.23~77.35,P〈0.01)。结论感觉障碍可引起关节软骨的退变。 Objective To study the effect of sensation disorders on cartilage degeneration of knee joint. Methods The cartilaginous tissues were obtained from 20 Wistar rats with sensation disorders in the model group and 20 normal controls. The ex- pressions of 1L-1β and OPN in the cartilaginous tissue were detected by immunohistochemical method and compared between the two groups. Results The expressions of IL-1β and OPN in the model group were significantly higher than that in the normal control (t=36.23-77.35,P〈0.01). Conclusion Sensation disorders can cause degeneration of articular cartilage.
