摘要
介绍了一种简单实用、可用于直接计算和进一步优化研究的磨矿介质配比计算数学通式。对生产应用中一些配比方法进行了试验比较 ,获得了确定适宜磨矿介质配比的方法 :在一般情况下 ,先根据给料粒度选择各主要窄级别对应的最佳磨矿介质尺寸 ,再按给料粒度相关法计算磨矿介质质量百分数 ;如果给料中粗粒级含量低 ,磨矿时间较长 ,磨机矿浆粘度较大 ,可按照各种尺寸磨矿介质等比重法计算磨矿介质配比 ,以适当增加大球磨矿介质的比例 ,提高磨矿效率。
A general mathematical formula for calculating the size composition of grinding medium which is simple and practical and can be used in direct calculation and further optimization study is described.Comparative test on several size composition methods used in production have helped to find out the method for determining suitable size composition of grinding medium which is,under ordinary conditions,first to select the optimum sizes of grinding medium for various main size fractions of feed and then to calculate the mass percentage of grinding medium by feed size relative method.In case of low content of coarse size fraction in feed,long grinding time and great pulp viscosity,the size composition of grinding medium can be calculated by equal specific gravity method of grinding medium of various sizes so as to increase the ratio of large sized medium for improving the grinding efficiency.
