体外冲击波碎石术联合复方金钱草颗粒治疗输尿管结石疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察体外冲击波碎石术联合复方金钱草颗粒治疗输尿管结石的疗效及安全性。方法:将210例输尿管结石患者随机分为治疗组(110例)和对照组(100例),两组患者均接受体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL),治疗组碎石后即服用复方金钱草颗粒,对照组给予常规术后处理,观察两组临床疗效及并发病发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P〈0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:复方金钱草颗粒可有效提高体外冲击波碎石治疗的效果,缩短病程,提高治愈率,降低并发症发生率。
