摘要
运用基于FAHP-熵权组合赋权的灰色关联投影法综合评价模型,对2003-2011年我国东、中、西部地区制造业综合发展能力进行纵向和横向评价。结果显示,我国区域制造业综合发展能力总体呈上升的发展趋势,但存在明显的区域差异,中西部地区制造业综合发展能力明显低于东部地区。基于上述结论,提出区域制造业综合发展的政策建议:发挥地区比较优势,实施产业错位发展战略;制定合理的产业转移政策,促进区域间制造业协调发展;统筹兼顾,全面提升制造业综合发展能力。
This paper uses the evaluation model of the grey relation projection method based on combined weights of FAHP and entropy to longitudinal and horizontal evaluation study the comprehensive developing ability of regional manu- facturing industry in china from 2003 to 2011. The result indicates that the comprehensive development ability of regional manufacturing industry in china presents an upward tendency, but there is an obvious regional difference, the compre- hensive development abilites of manufacturing industry in the central and western regions are significantly lower than the eastern region. Based on these results, this paper puts forward some policy recommendations for comprehensive develop- ment of regional manufacturing industry： Exerting the regional comparative advantage, implementing the dislocation de- velopment strategy ; Formulating reasonable polices to encourage industries to relocate, promoting coordinated develop- ment of regional manufacturing industry; Giving overall consideration, comprehensively promoting the comprehensive de-velopment ability of manufacturing industry.
