摘要
在黏膜免疫系统中,M细胞扮演着摄取抗原、然后将抗原传递给其下游的淋巴组织的重要角色,起到开启免疫应答的作用.M细胞的分化来源、结构特点和摄取抗原的机制等对于体外诱导培养M细胞,探索黏膜免疫机制,完善靶向于M细胞的黏膜疫苗及口服药物设计等具有重要意义.近几年有关M细胞的分化来源,调节其分化及转运的因子,以及其特异表面分子和转运机制等方面的研究已有了较大的进展.
In the mucosal immune system,M cell plays an important role which uptakes and transports antigen to the underlying mucosal lymphoid tissue for initiating immune responses.Therefore,the origin,the characters of structure and morphology,and the antigen sampling mechanism of M cell are significant for culturing and inducing M cell in vitro,exploring the mechanism of mucosal immunity,designing the targeted mucosal vaccine as well as targeted oral drugs.In recent years,the research about the origin,the factors about regulating differentiation and transportation,the special surface molecules as well as the transportation mechanism of M cell has made great progress.
