摘要
阐述了新医疗体制下国内医疗设备配置管理的现状,通过分析医疗设备管理存在的缺陷和不足,提出了加强医疗设备管理的措施,以保证医疗设备运行的安全性和有效性。利用医疗设备应用管理的举措和对策,有效地实行全面质量管理,通过建立人员准入、大型设备成本效益分析制度,并实行信息化管理,以进一步实现医疗设备管理的标准化、制度化。
The problems in the management of medical equipment in new health system in China are described, and some are put forward accordingly in order to ensure the safety and efficiency of medical equipment. Overall quality management is performed on the basis of the efficient management of medical equipment. Some measures are brought out to pro- mote standardized management of medical equipment, including establishing personnel access system, cost-benefit analysis of large equipment as well as informatized management.
