4种大孔吸附树脂纯化核桃青皮中多糖的比较 被引量:10

摘要 为筛选出对核桃青皮中多糖的吸附性能最佳的大孔树脂,以吸附率、解析率和纯度作为考察指标,分别考察D101、D4020、AB-8、X-5 4种大孔吸附树脂对核桃青皮中多糖的动态和静态吸附性能。结果表明:4种树脂对核桃青皮中多糖的吸附性能以AB-8为最佳,静态吸附率及解析率分别可达53.28%、75.33%,静态吸附后多糖纯度为60.21%,动态吸附率及解析率分别可达66.41%、76.81%,动态吸附后多糖纯度为71.56%,动态吸附效果显著优于静态吸附效果,说明AB-8是采用大孔吸附树脂纯化核桃青皮中多糖的最佳树脂,且选择动态吸附为宜。 The objective of this project was to select the best macroporous adsorption resin for poly- saccharides purification of walnut green husk. The indexes of research were the adsorption rate, de- sorption rate and the purity. There are four kinds of macroporous resins, including D101, D4020, AB-8 and X-5, which were investigated the adsorption and desorption properties. The results indica- ted that AB-8 has the highest effect on absorption and desorption among the four resin candidates. The static adsorption rate and static desorption rate of AB-8 resin were 53.28% and 75.33% respec- tively, while the dynamic adsorption rate and dynamic desorption rate were 66.41% and 76.81% re- spectively. The purity of polysaccharide with static adsorption was 60.21%, while with dynamic ad- sorption was 71.56%. The effect of dynamic adsorption was significantly better than the static ad- sorption. In conclusion, AB-8 resin was the preferable candidate for absorbing walnut green husk pol- ysaccharide, and the dynamic adsorption process was the best choice.
