摘要
目的:分析观察标本采集对医院检验结果的影响。方法:对濮阳市第三人民医院2011下半年到2013上半年的100份住院患者的血液标本进行回顾性分析,分析在不同时间采血、不同部位采血、标本溶血与标本送检时间对医院生化检验结果的影响。结果:医院生化检验结果中,对于标本采集时间、标本采集部位以及标本溶血、标本送检时间都会影响到医院的生化检验结果,与正常标本参考值比较差异差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床中,为提高医院检验结果的准确性,应该严格控制在采集标本上的误差,值得在实际中推广。
Objective： To observe and analyze the influence of specimen collection for the hospital inspection results. Method： One hundred blood samples of hospital patients were retrospectively analyzed from the second half year of 2011 to the first half year of 2013 in Puyang Third People＇s Hospital. Time of the bloods ampling, body of the blood sampling, hemolysis of the sampling and checking time of the sampling were analyzed to check their influence on the result of hospital bio-chemical detection. Result： According to the research bio-chemical detection results above, all of time of the blood sampling, body of the blood sampling, hemolysis of the sampling and checking time of the sampling, would affect the results of bio-chemical detection of the hospital, and the difference was significantly statistical difference compared with normal reference specimens （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Improving accuracy of hospital inspection results in clinical, the error of specimen collection should be strictly controlled, which is worthy to be popularized in praotice.
