摘要
本文把知识创新看作是创新信息的运动过程 ,从创新信息的概念及其时代特征的分析入手 ,对创新信息的运动机制、运动方式及运动模型进行了详尽的阐述。
This paper proposes that the knowledge innovation is a process of motion in the innovating information. This article starts with the analysis on the concept and characteristics of the innovating information, then expounds the mechanism, method and model of the information motion in the knowledge innovation.
