摘要
研究目的:软、硬件及信息化水平的发展为BIM技术在工程建设领域的广泛应用提供了条件。基于BIM技术和铁路行业的特点,以及BIM在铁路中的应用现状,阐述铁路全生命周期中BIM技术的可能应用场合,并从政策、经济、技术、人力资源、管理等五大方面进行风险与对策分析,为铁路行业BIM应用、信息化铁路建设及相关标准制定提供参考。研究结论:(1)BIM技术的出现给铁路行业生产及管理效率提升带来新的驱动力,可以应用于铁路规划、设计、施工及运营全过程,帮助提高工程质量,降低建设成本;(2)在实际应用中面临政策不完善、经济效益不显著、核心技术不足、人力资源短缺、管理制度不明确等风险,导致其应用主要侧重三维建模,尚未完成全生命周期应用,相关技术、标准、政策及管理等方面还需进一步完善。
Research purposes: Recently, software, hardware and IT level are highly developed, which make it possible for the wide application of BIM in the engineering construction. Based on the respective characteristics of BIM and railway systems, and the present application of BIM in rails, the possible application areas of BIM in the while life cycle of railway are expounded firstly. And then the application risk and countermeasures of BIM in railway systems are analyzed from five aspects: policy, economy, technology, human resources and management, which would provide a reference for the application of BIM, the construction of information - base railway, and the establishment of related standards. Research conclusions: ( 1 ) The advent of BIM technology provides new drivers for improvement of the production and management efficiency, and can be applied to railway planning, design, construction and operation. It helps to improve project quality and reduce construction costs. (2) Many risks are obvious, such as imperfect policy, indistinetive benefits, inadequate core- technology, shortage of human resources, and uncertain management system, so that BIM^s application has mainly focused on three - dimensional modeling, and hasn ~ yet completed the application of whole life cycle. Relative technology, standards, policy, management, etc. , require further improvement.
