摘要
目的:为医院开展信息化药物咨询提供参考。方法:介绍我院信息化药物咨询系统以及药物咨询工作的开展和成效。结果与结论:我院的药物咨询系统界面主要由患者基本信息、询问者、询问方式、药物名称及剂量、服务时间、咨询项目、咨询说明及其他延伸功能等部分组成;开展方式主要有咨询窗口现场咨询和24小时电话咨询;服务对象主要有患者及其家属和医务人员;药师在接受咨询时可通过院内电子图书馆和医院信息系统实时查询用药方面的信息。我院在开展药物咨询工作的5年时间内累计接受咨询6 788人次,并通过加强患者的卫生教育和系统改进,促进了患者用药安全。
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the development of intbrmational drug consultation. METHODS: The infor- mation system of drug consultation in our hospital was introduced, and the development and effect of drug consultation were inter- preted. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: Interface for information system of drug consultation contains general information of pa- tients, inquirers, query mode, drug name and dose, service time, query items, query instruction and other extended function, etc. The query modes include on-site consultation from consultation windows and 24 h telephone counseling; patients, their family member and medical staff are main service object. Pharmacist can inquire about drug use through hospital electronic library and hos- pital information system. The hospital offers advice to a total of 6 788 people in 5 year after the development of drug consultation, and health education for patients and the improvement of query system promote the safety of drug use in the patients.
