摘要
目的探讨复方丹参滴丸治疗缺血性脑中风的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法将我院收治的87例缺血性脑中风患者按照分层随机分组法分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用复方丹参滴丸,观察两组NIHSS评分、中医症状积分、临床疗效、凝血功能及血脂水平。结果观察组NIHSS评分、中医症状积分及临床疗效均显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血液流变学指标及血脂水平均显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸能显著改善患者神经功能损伤及提高临床疗效,同时对患者血液流变学参数及血脂水平也有重要影响。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of CSDP in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke and the impact on quality of life. Methods According to a stratified randomization method, 87 cases of patients with ischemic stroke in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group, control group was given conventional treatment, observation group was given CSDP on the basis of control group, NIHSS score, TCM symptom scale score, clinical efficacy, coagulation function and lipid levels of the two groups were observed. Results NIHSS score ,TCM symptom scale score and clinical efficacy of observation group were significantly better than those of con- trol group, there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the hemorheology indexes and lipid lev- els of observation group were significantly better than those of control group, there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion CSDP can significantly improve the patient＇s neurological function and clini- cal efficacy, it also has important impact on the patient＇s hemorheology and lipid levels.
