超敏C反应蛋白与脑出血关系的研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的探究脑出血(Intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH)患者的血清的超敏C反应蛋白(High Sensitivity C-Response Protein,hs-CRP)的水平的变化关系以及其临床的意义。方法收集142例脑出血的患者数据作为实验组的数据,收集150例健康人数据作为对照,将患者组分为轻度组、中度组和重度组,运用免疫散射比浊法测定其血清的hs-CRP水平以及用CT检测脑出血的体积。结果实验中脑出血的患者血清中的hs-CRP浓度明显比对照组的高,且在不同时间点中的检测中,实验组患者的血清hsCRP浓度始终是轻度组<中度组<重度组,且血清中的hs-CRP浓度与脑出血体积有一定相关性。结论血清hs-CRP浓度与脑出血的状况有一定的相关度,可以作为判断患者病情的一种指标。
