摘要
本试验旨在研究14种谷物及其副产品中添加非淀粉多糖酶对肉鸭代谢能和能量代谢率的影响。试验选用56只体重2.0 kg左右的健康成年肉用公麻鸭,随机分为7组,每组8个重复,每个重复1只鸭。采用绝食强饲法进行5期代谢试验,测定14种谷物及其副产品[玉米、玉米糖渣、玉米干酒糟及其可溶物( DDGS)、稻谷、碎米、米糠、米糠粕、小麦、次面粉、次粉、麦麸、大麦、燕麦麸、白酒糟]加酶前后的表观代谢能( AME )、真代谢能( TME )、能量表观代谢率和真代谢率,并根据常规养分含量构建谷物及其副产品代谢能的预测方程。结果表明:14种谷物及其副产品中添加非淀粉多糖酶后均能够提高鸭的AME和TME,麦麸和燕麦麸的TME分别提高了7.78%和12.62%( P >0.05),白酒糟、次粉、玉米 DDGS 和玉米的 TME 分别提高了8.07%、5.67%、3.66%和3.30%(P>0.05),加酶后谷物及其副产品代谢能的有效营养改进值( ENIV)为0.10~0.76 MJ/kg。谷物及其副产品的AME和TME的预测方程分别为:AME=12.406+0.214CP-0.154NDF (R2=0.737);TME =13.477+0.213CP -0.152NDF (R2=0.737)。由此可见,在谷物及其副产品中添加非淀粉多糖酶能够提高肉鸭的AME、TME和能量表观代谢率。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of non-starch polysaccharides ( NSP) enzymes on metabolizable energy and energy metabolizability of 14 kinds of cereal and its by-products of meat ducks.A total of 56 healthy adult meat ducks with the body weight about 2.0 kg were randomly divided into 7 groups with 8 replicates in each group and 1 duck in each replicate.Five metabolic test periods were carried out by hunger strike-gavage method to determine apparent energy metabolizability ( AME ) , true energy metaboliz-ability ( TME) , apparent energy metabolizability and true energy metabolizability of 14 kinds of cereals and their by-products [ corn, corn sugar residue, corn distiller dried grains with solubles ( DDGS) , paddy, broken rice, rice bran, rice bran meal, wheat grain, secondary flour, wheat middling, wheat bran, barley grain, oat bran and brewers grain] before and after adding NSP enzymes, and to establish metabolizable energy predic-tion equations.The results showed that 14 kinds of cereal and its by-products adding with NSP enzymes could improve AME and TME of ducks.The AME of barley grain and oat bran was increased by 7 .78% and 12.62%(P〉0.05), respectively; the AME of brewers dried grain, wheat middling, corn DDGS and corn was increased by 8.07%, 5.67%, 3.66%and 3.30%(P〉0.05), respectively.The range of effective nu-trient improvement value ( ENIV) of metabolizable energy on cereal and its by-products adding with NSP en-zymes was 0 .10 to 0 .76 MJ/kg.The AME and TME prediction equations of cereal and its by-products were showed as follows: AME=12.406 +0.214CP -0.154NDF (R2 =0.737), TME =13.477 +0.213CP -0.152NDF (R2 =0.737).In conclusion, cereal and its by-products adding with NSP enzymes can improve AME, TME and spparent energy metabolizability of meat ducks.
