摘要
本文以陶瓷废弃物中的陶质制品和瓷质制品作粗骨料,对不同取代率的陶瓷混凝土的配合比及其立方体抗压强度进行了试验研究,结果表明:水灰比相同时,不同掺量的瓷质混凝土和陶质混凝土抗压强度均能满足同一设计等级普通混凝土的强度要求;陶质混凝土坍落度与普通混凝土接近,瓷质混凝土坍落度随着瓷质粗骨料掺量的增加而增大。
The mix ratio and the cube compressive strength were studied on ceramic coarse aggregate concrete in the condition of different substitution rate and water-cement ratio based on fictile and porcelain of ceramic wastes used for coarse aggregate. The results show that the compressive strength of the concrete with different contents of porcelain and fictile can meet the strength of ordinary concrete with the same design grade under the same water-cement ratio. The slump of the fictile concrete is close to that of ordinary concrete. The slump of the porcelain concrete increases with the content of porcelain coarse aggregate increasing.
