摘要 由于污泥高含水率、高粘度的特性,造成处理难度大等一系列问题,必须对污泥进行干燥减容化处理。首先介绍了传统污泥干燥的原理和特点,并阐述了污泥在干燥过程中的温度、速度、时间及含水率的变化,然后对改进的污泥干燥的原理和特点进行探讨。最后,总结出过热蒸汽对流与传导联合干燥节能突出、高温灭菌等优点及停车结露等缺点,简要叙述了过热蒸汽对流与传导联合干燥在污泥干燥方面的发展前景。 For the high moisture content and high viscosity characteristics of sludge, which brings about problems hard to be handled, so the sludge must be dried. Firstly the principles and characteristics of the traditional sludge drying are intro duced, as well as the changes of temperature, speed, time and moisture content in sewage sludge drying. Then the princi ples and characteristic of improved sludge drying are discussed. Finally the superheated steam convection and conduction drying has advantages of energy saving, high temperature sterilization and so on, also disadvantages of parking condensation and the superheated steam convection and conduction drying development prospect in sludge drying is briefly described in this paper.
