摘要
中医情志护理通常也叫中医心理护理,主要是通过护理人员的语言、表情、姿势、态度、行为及气质等来影响和改善病人的情绪,解除其顾虑和烦恼,从而增强战胜疾病的意志和信心,减轻或消除引起病人痛苦的各种不良的情绪和行为,以及由此产生的种种躯体症状,使病人能在最佳心理状态下接受治疗和护理,达到早日康复的目的。从周朝《周礼·天官》到清朝《侍疾要语》,诸多文献研究发现中医情志护理历来都有着举足轻重的作用。目前中医情志护理的基础实验研究已初步开展。中医情志护理中的"胎教"可显著改善子代大鼠的生长发育,并揭示了其基因表达谱机制,这些都为进一步深入研究情志护理的机制奠定了坚实基础。而临床应用主要是以阴阳喜怒和情志相胜指导临床,以及运用情志护理预防情志致病发生。总之,中医情志护理是在中医基础理论指导下实施的护理,具有鲜明的中医特色和本土特色,是医护协同,身心同调,护治疾病,全面促进健康的集中体现。中医情志护理内涵丰富,临床效果明显,深受病员欢迎,但是临床及基础实验研究尚有不足。
Traditional Chinese medicine emotion nursing（CMEN）, also called Chinese Medicine psychological nursing, mainly treat the pa- tients through the words, expressions, gestures, attitudes, behaviors, and temperament of nursing practitioners, which can release the anxiety of patients, enhance encourage and confidence to overcome diseases, reduce various negative emotions, behaviors and symptoms, so as to ac- cept treatment and nursing in the best psychological situation and approach early rehabilitation.Literatures from Zhou Dynasty and Qing dy- nasty reveals the fundamental role of CMEN in traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）.Basic research of CMEN has been initiated for now.lt is reported that＂ fetus education＂ of CMEN cansignificantty improve the growth and development of mice offsprings and certain gene expression profile mechanism is involved, which has laid solid foundation for the deep research of CMEN.In clinic research, CMEN mainly contains Yin-Yang-Joy-Anger regulation and emotion inter-resistance, which can also be used to prevent the outset of emotional disorders. In a word, CMEN is the psychological nursing under the guidance of TCM,with distinct TCM and local features.It is the concentrated reflection of medicine and nursing, regulation of body and mind, treating and nursing, and full range of health promotion.CMEN has profound theoretical foundation and obvious clinical effect, and is popular with patients.Meanwhile the clinical and fundamental experiment study needs to be fur- ther conducted.
