云南某低品位铜镍硫化矿浮选试验 被引量:13

Floatation Experiment on a Low Grade Cu-Ni Sulfide Ore from Yunnan Province

摘要 为给云南某低品位铜镍硫化矿石资源的开发利用提供依据,对该矿石进行了工艺矿物学研究和选矿试验。结果表明:①矿石中的主要有用元素为铜、镍,主要有用矿物为黄铜矿、镍黄铁矿、紫硫镍矿、含镍磁黄铁矿,铜镍主要以硫化物形式存在,分别占总铜、总镍的84.09%和85.96%,铜镍紧密共生,分离难度较大,宜采用混浮工艺回收铜镍;②矿石适宜的磨矿细度为-200目占80%,铜镍混浮粗选pH调整剂Na2CO3、脉石矿物抑制剂CMC、镍矿物活化剂CuSO4、捕收剂丁基黄药+硫氨酯适宜的用量分别为800、400、200、90+30 g/t;③采用1次粗选、3次扫选、扫精1扫精选、扫精选精矿与粗精矿合并1次精选、中矿顺序返回闭路流程处理该矿石,最终获得了铜镍品位分别为6.02%和3.97%、铜镍回收率分别为83.05%和84.55%的铜镍混合精矿。 In order to provide basis for exploitation and utilization of a low grade copper-nickel sulfide ore from Yunnan province,mineralogy and relevant mineral processing experiments on this ore was conducted. The results showed that:(~)The valuable elements of the ore are mainly copper and nickel, valuable minerals are mainly chalcopyrite, nicopyfite, violarite and nickel-bearing pyrrhotite. Copper and nickel mainly exist in the form of their sulfide,accounting for 84.09% and 85.96% sep- arately, and copper and nickel are closely associated with each other and difficult to separate. Bulk flotation will be suitable to recover copper and nickel;(3)The optimal grinding fineness was 80% passing 200 mesh,and Na2CO3 ,CMC,CuSO4 ,and butyl- xanthate + thiamine ester were used as pH modifier, inhibitor of gangue minerals, activator for copper and nickel minerals, and collectors separately with corresponding proper dosage for bulk flotation of 800 g/t ,400 g/t ,200 g/t and 90 + 30 g/t;(~)Copper and nickel mixed concentrate with copper grade and recovery of 6. 02% and 83.05% , nickel grade and recovery of 3.97% and 84. 55% separately was achieved through process of one roughing, three scavenging, concentrate-scavenging for firstly scaveng concentrate, one cleaning for mixed concentrates of seaveng concentrate and rough concentrate, and middles back to the flow- sheet in turn.
