摘要
当前,我国行业、企业办学在现有制度环境中已被边缘化,现有院校遭遇"身份困境",处于尴尬地位,由此带来在经费保障、师资队伍建设、专业设置等诸多方面的发展瓶颈。借鉴国际社会的有益经验,改善我国行业、企业办学的政策环境,明确行业、企业举办职业教育的法律地位,建立鼓励行业、企业办学的激励机制,统筹整合多方资源,才能真正实现统筹社会优势资源、共同办好职业教育的目标。
Nowadays, running vocational schools by industries and enterprises has already been marginalized in the existing institutional environment in China. Many vocational schools are at the awkward position of ambiguous identities, which has caused the bottle necks in terms of financing, teaching staff construction, and courses setting, etc. According to the foreign experiences, we need to improve the policy environment, clear the legal status ofthe vocational schools founded and operated by industries and enterprises, establish the incentive mechanism, and integrate various relative resources, so that the goal of improving the vocational education by coordinating relative advantageous resources can be achieved.
