摘要
针对山地、丘陵地区旱地农作物移栽前,手工施肥与混合均肥作业中存在施肥量不均、手指皮层易被泥土擦伤、生产效率低下、劳动强度大和大型农业机械设备的应用受地形条件限制等不足,研制了一种采用蓄电池作为动力、肩负式、集施肥与均肥作业于一体的小型农业机械设备。该均肥-施肥器主要由料箱、定量施肥装置和电动搅拌混合均肥装置三大部分组成,其结构简单,操作方便、安全,工作性能可靠。
Aiming at solving the problems as disproportional fertilization, the easy abrasion of finger cortex easily by the soil, laborious work and low productivity, as well as the application limit of a large-scale agricultural machine by the special terrain condition existing in the process of applying-mixing fertilizer by hand in the mountain-hill areas before transplanting the crops on upland, a small-scale shoulder-hang type agricultural machine was developed, which was driven by a battery and incorporated applying and mixing fertilizer. The small-scale agricultural machine was mainly composed of the bin, quantitative applying fertilizer device and electric mixer, having the merits of simple structures, easy and safe operation and reliable working performance.
