基于CMOS的微型光谱仪研究

摘要 光谱仪是光谱学和光谱技术中最基本的分析仪器之一,仪器的微型化研究对于扩展其使用范围有很大的帮助;因此,微型化研究越来越受到重视,成为了光谱仪研究的重点。本文应用ZEMAX软件进行光路设计,采用面阵CMOS作为光电转换元器件,并可以通过计算机直接识别。通过软件的程序的编制,实现光谱仪对光强的识别,通过波峰的高度来识别入射光中所含最强光的波长,最后对设计的光谱仪进行分析,结果表明,光谱仪的结构简化、尺寸减小且精度提高。 Spectrometer is one of the most fundamental instruments of spectroscopy and spectrum technology. The miniaturization of spectrometer is helpful to increase its application, thus, it has been put more and more emphasize that the research on mini spectrometer. This paper used optical design software ZEMAX to simulate the actual situation off the optical path, by using array CMOS as detector to collect the signals and through the software, distribution of light intensity spectrum of the incident light can be gotten. The optical layout was greatly simplified and the size of the spectrometer was reduced. Compared with other products, it is more accurate.
