摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,社会治安形势的日益复杂,视频监控系统已成为平安城市建设的重要组成部分。在视频监控系统大规模建设和应用的同时,出现了系统故障率高、运维成本高和维修不及时等问题,极大地影响视频监控系统的实效价值。该文开发了一套检测系统,通过提取网络状态、DVR设备、视频镜头等参数信息,实现对视频监控系统的智能检测。实验结果表明,该检测系统能有效检测出网络、DVR设备、视频镜头等的异常状态和视频图像质量信息,准确率达98%。系统的智能检测功能有效地提高了视频监控系统运维管理效率。
With the fast development of the social economy,the situation of social public security is be-coming more and more complex.The video surveil ance system has already become the significant part of safe city construction.With the large-scale construction and application of the video surveil ance system, the problems of high system failure rate、high cost of system operation and maintenance、the delay of breakdown maintenances and so on are appeared,which affected the normal performances of the video surveil ance system greatly.This paper developed a detection system,which fulfil ed the intel igent detec-tion of the video surveil ance system through extracting features of the Network、DVR devices and Video lens.The experiments il ustrate that the detection system can detect the abnormal conditions of Network、DVR devices、Video lens and the quality of Video image efficiently,with the accuracy of 98%.The intel igent detection function of the system can improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance management of the video surveil ance system effectively.
