供应链环境下的库存与运输整合优化模型及算法 被引量:20

Inventory-transportation Integrated Optimization and Cloud Genetic Algorithms Based on Supply Chain

摘要 从供应链集成的思想出发,对库存与运输整合优化问题展开分析,在保证生产连续的基础上,利用补货量与补货周期建立库存优化与运输优化的相互联系,构建考虑库存与运输整合优化模型。利用云模型改进交叉与变异概率的设置方式,设计"观测周期矩阵+车辆路径"染色体结构、双交叉与内变异算子的云遗传算法。最后,结合算例对模型与算法的有效性进行了检验与分析。 Considering safety inventory constrain, the inventory-transportation integrated optimization problem is researched through integrated supply chain. Basic replenishment cycle concept is introduced, and the model of inventory-transportation integrated optimization is built through the relationship of inventory management plan and transport strategy. The installation mode of crossover and mutation probability are improved by the cloud model, and cloud genetic algorithm is designed through the chromosome structure of "observation cycle matrix + vehicle routing", double cross and mutation operator. Finally, the model and algorithm are analyzed and tested by an example.
