摘要
目的调查2011年和2012年回访供血浆者情况,探讨回访在血浆检疫期管理和发展供血浆者工作中的重要性。方法对宜春市上生单采血浆有限公司2011年(被动等待)和2012年(主动采取措施)已回访的供血浆者,通过回访召回的供血浆者进行对比。并对2012年已回访供血浆者停止献浆原因进行调查。对2011年和2012年回访血样的检测结果进行统计。同时对2011年、2012年原料血浆检疫期符合情况进行对比。结果 2011年和2012年回访比例分别为20.95%、70.48%;通过回访召回的供血浆者比例分别为14.71%、30.48%。2012年停止献浆原因中超龄、有不愉快献浆经历、在外务工、生活改善和其它原因比例分别为18.92%、24.66%、29.73%、20.27%和6.42%。2011年、2012年回访血样检测合格率分别为98.81%、99.66%。2011年、2012年原料血浆检疫期符合率分别为93.33%、99.93%。结论采取有效合理的措施主动回访在血浆检疫期管理和发展供血浆者工作中意义重大。
Objective To investigate the foUow-up of 2011 and 2012 plasma donors, to study the importance of follow- up in plasma quarantine management and expansion of plasma donors. Meathods The plasmaapheresis donors of Yichun Plasmapheresis Co. Ltd who were recalled by return visit in 2011 （just passive waiting） and 2012 （paid the return visit） were compared. And the reasons of stopping donating pheresis of the already return visited donors in 2012 were investigated. The qualification rate of blood samples of the donors in 2011 and 2012 year were compared. At the same time,the coinci- dence rate of raw plasma during quarantine period were compared between 2011 and 2012 year. Results The ratio of return visit in 2011 and 2012 year was 20. 95% ,70. 48%. The proportion of donors recalled by return visit was 14. 71% ,30. 48% . The reasons of stopping donating pheresis of the already retum visited donors in 2012 were overaged, have unpleasant expe- rience of donating, farm labours hired themselves out, the quality of lives has been improved, and other reasons were 18. 92% ,24. 66% ,29. 73% ,20. 27% and 6. 42%, respectively. The qualification rate of blood samples of the donors in 2011 and 2012 year were 98. 81% ,99. 66% In 2011 and 2012, the coincidence rate of raw plasma during quarantine period were 93. 33% ,99.93%. Conclusion It＇s important to pay return visit to plasmaapheresis donors in the plasma quarantine management and expansion of plasma donors.
