摘要
囊型棘球蚴病是一种严重危害人类健康的人兽共患寄生虫病,采用疫苗防治该病是当前研究的热点领域之一。Eg95是一种有效的疫苗候选分子,其疫苗种类有重组抗原、合成肽疫苗、DNA疫苗、重组酵母、重组牛痘病毒疫苗、重组BCG疫苗、转基因苜蓿疫苗和重组双歧杆菌疫苗等。
Cystic echinococcosis is one type of zoonosis seriously endangering human health. It recently has become the highlight to control this disease by the use of vaccine. Eg95 is an effective candidate molecule of vaccine, including recombinant protein, synthetic peptides, DNA vaccine, recombinant yeast, recombinant MVA vaccine, recombinant BCG vaccine, transgenic alfalla and recombinant Bb vaccine. The paper reviews the status in the research of Eg95 vaccines of Echinococcus granulosus.
