摘要
发展家庭农场有利于提高农业产出效率,缓解人地矛盾,是保证未来农业向现代化、集约化、专业化、规模化和可持续发展的重要方式之一。介绍了家庭农场的概念界定,综述了家庭农场发展的模式类型、应具备的理论基础与现实条件、影响因素、规模与效率测定和实践经验,并提出了其未来的发展方向。
To develop family farm is helpful to promote agriculture production and to alleviate “the paradox between land and people”.It’s also an important mean to ensure the future agriculture to develop toward modernization, intensification, specialization and sustainability. The author began with the definition of the family farm,and then gave a systematic summary to the mode type,the theoretical basis and realistic condition,the influencing factor,the scale and efficiency,the development practice and the future direction.
