基于Web的设施蔬菜作物病害诊断与防治管理专家系统 被引量:17

摘要 为准确诊断和防治设施蔬菜病害提供有效工具,本研究系统收集了设施蔬菜作物(黄瓜、番茄和辣椒)43种病害的症状特征和相关病害防治管理知识,将病害的典型症状和一般症状进行特征提取,依据专家经验形成203条知识规则,将病害诊断知识数值化与产生式规则相结合对知识进行有效的表达,建立了病害诊断与管理知识库。以SQL Server 2005作为数据库管理工具,建立了系统动态数据库。数据库用于存放用户输入病症信息、已知病症事实和推理过程产生的中间信息及最终结论。采用最佳优先搜索作为搜索策略,使用正向推理和正反混合推理,利用我们前期建立的"一步诊断"和"深入诊断"两个诊断推理模型实现病害诊断。利用Visual Studio 2008作为开发工具,综合集成知识库、数据库和推理模型,建立了基于Web的设施蔬菜病害诊断与防治管理专家系统。系统具有病害查询、病害诊断、病害防治与管理方法等查询与咨询功能,此外,专家也可在后台随时更新和添加新的蔬菜作物及病害。本研究建立的系统可为主要设施栽培蔬菜作物(黄瓜、番茄和辣椒)43种病害的早期诊断和防治管理提供决策支持。 The objective of this study is to develop a system for vegetable diseases diagnosis and control management. For this purpose, typical symptoms of 43 kinds of diseases in vegetable crops (cucumber,tomato and pepper)and their control and management knowledge were collected. A knowledge base was developed based on the collected knowledge, 203 knowledge rules expressed by combining numerical knowledge expressions and production rules. A dynamic database system was developed using SQL Server 2005 as data base management tool The data base contains disease information input by users, the known disease facts,instant information and final conclusion of reasoning processes. Using the best-first search as a search strategy ,and forward reasoning and forward and reverse mixed reasoning,disease diagnosis was realized through the two diagnostic reasoning models," one step diagnosis" and" detailed diagnosis" developed in our former study. Using Visual Studio 2008 as system development tool,a Web-based expert system for vegetable disease diagnosis and management was developed by integrating the knowledge base, the data base and the reasoning models. The system had such functions as disease query, disease diagnosis, and disease management recommendations. In addition, the system allowed experts to update and add new vegetable crops and diseases. The system developed in this study could be used for early diagnosis and management decision support for 43 kinds of disease for protected cultivated vegetable crops( cucumber,tomato and pepper).
