摘要
目的：了解坤泰胶囊对更年期雌鼠激素水平及围绝经期综合征的影响。方法：选用110只月龄11～15个月雌性大鼠和11）i1只月龄11～15个月雌性小鼠，经阴道脱落细胞涂片检查，呈现不规则的动情周期定为更年期鼠。随机分组：阴性对照组、坤泰组、阳性对照组。药物组分别灌服坤泰胶囊5．0，2．5，1．25g·kg。每天给药一次连续4周，阴性对照组灌服等体积蒸馏水，阳性对照组灌服阳性对照药。结果：坤泰胶囊对老龄雌性大鼠卵泡生成激素（FSH）、黄体生成激素（LH）、睾酮（T）有降低作用，对雌激素（R）有升高作用（P〈0．05）；对无卵巢小鼠内源性激素无明显影响（P〉0．05），对其子宫有增重作用（P〈0.01）；对毛果芸香碱所致大鼠足跖汗液的分泌有对抗作用（P〈（1．01）；能延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间（P〈（1．05）。结论：坤泰胶囊能有效调节更年期雌鼠激素水平、改善其围绝经期综合征，但对无卵巢雌鼠内源性激素水平无影响。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of Kutai capsule on hormone level and perimenopausal syndrome in the menopausal rats/mice. METHODS 110 female rats and 100 female mice were respectively randomly assigned to the following conditions： negative control group, Chinese herb group and positive control group. The rats or mice in Chinese herb group were fed Kuntai capsules according to 5.0,2. 5,1.25 g. kg 1 administered once a day for 4 weeks, in negative control group were fed distilled water and in positive control group were fed positive control drug. RESULTS Kuntai capsules had lower effect on follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH）, luteinizing hormone（LH）, testosterone（T） and had higher effect on estradiol（Fa） in the menopausal rats（P〈0. 05）. Kuntai capsules had no significant effect on hormone level in ovariectomized mice（P〉0. 05）, but increased the uterus weight（P〈0. 01）. Kuntai capsules could antagonize the sweat secretion induced by pilocarpine in paws of rats（P〈0. 01）. The sleep time could be extended by Kuntai capsules（P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION Kuntai capsules improved hormone level and effectively relieve perimenopausal syndromes, but had no effects on hormone level in ovariectomized mice.
