摘要
从国家环境与健康综合监测的相关要求出发,在充分利用现有环保、卫生部门的相关监测网络和监测力量的基础上,提出构建典型区域环境与健康综合监测体系。体系包括环境污染监测、暴露监测、健康效应监测、环境污染与健康风险相关性分析与评估等4个方面的内容,应用示范表明,该体系能为环境与健康研究提供有力支撑。该体系需在实际应用中逐渐完善,需要有环境与健康跨部门合作机制,以及成熟的环境与健康调查技术及评价方法提供有力支撑。
From the national related requirements of integrated monitoring about environment and health, based on thecurrent monitoring network and capacity of environmental protection, health department, environmental health monitoringframework in Jiangsu Province was proposed to build. Four aspects were included in this framework, i.e., environmentalpollution monitoring, exposure monitoring, health effects monitoring, risks associated analysis and assessment betweenenvironmental pollution and health. The application demonstration of this framework showed that it played an effective rolein supporting the work of environmental health. It needs gradual improvement in practical applications, and needs strongsupport from trans-department cooperation mechanism between environment and health, mature environment and healthsurvey techniques and evaluation methods are also necessary.
