猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒细胞受体研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)给世界养猪业造成了巨大损失。对PRRSV受体的深入研究有助于揭示病毒与宿主细胞的相互关系,明确病毒的入侵机制及其对宿主细胞的影响,帮助人们了解病毒的侵入过程、复制动力学及其一系列在胞内发生的事件;对于揭示病毒感染过程与免疫系统之间的相互作用,阐明细胞病理和组织病理是非常有价值的,也必然会对抗病毒药物和疫苗研发产生巨大的推动作用。
