摘要
李世杰教授认为,化疗药物损伤脾胃,致脾失健运,胃气上逆而出现恶心呕吐等。将胃复安与小剂量地塞米松联合使用,既可弥补胃复安作用时间短,又可以防治长期大剂量使用地塞米松所引起的不良反应,且可增强止吐、增加食欲的作用。配合足三里穴位注射,是将针刺的机械作用,药物的药理作用,经络的联系、传导、调节及穴位的开阖作用结合在一起发挥更好的综合作用,达到治疗疾病的目的。
At present, chemotherapy drugs have the adverse reactions of nausea and vomit to alimentary canal. Moreover, the effectiveness of the chemotherapy will be affected which even cause to discontinue the treatment. Therefore, it is important to eliminate the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy drugs. Professor Li Shijie found the injection of dexamethasone on Wei Fu An acupoint to improve adverse reactions of alimentary canal after chemotherapy in his long clinical observation. It has the advantage of good curative effect,fewer side-effect and cheapness. This paper explores the above method to provide the new thoughts for clinical medication.
