摘要 以杨木P-RC APMP为原料,对其进行筛分,并对P-RCAPMP细小纤维与碳酸钙进行共絮聚,研究了PEI/APAM微粒助留体系下,不同的PEI用量、APAM用量及剪切力对细小纤维-碳酸钙共絮聚的影响。结果表明:随着PEI用量的增加,PEI/APAM体系所形成的共絮聚团的表面负电荷在不断降低,浆料的Zeta电位绝对值在不断变小;在PEI/APAM体系中,当PEI用量为0.25%、APAM用量为0.03%时,细小组分的留着效果好;在高剪切作用下,共絮聚团的浆料留着性能与滤水性能在不断降低。 Polar P-RC APMP pulp was chosen as raw materials for fines generation and collecting, then the P-RC APMP ifnes and calcium carbonate were co-lfocculated before they added into standard ifber fraction to make ifne paper. Effect of different dosage of PEI and APAM, shear force on the co-lfocculation of ifnes-calcium. The results show that with the increasing dosage of PEI, the negative surface charge of co-lfocculation is reduced under the system of PEI/APAM, the Zeta potential of pulp is reduced, when the dosage of PEI is 0.25%and the dosage of APAM is 0.03%under the system of PEI/APAM, the retention of ifnes is better through the FBRM. The retention of pulp and the property of ifltration are reduced under the high shear force.
