摘要
[目的]观察综合护理耳石复位治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕疗效。[方法]对40例耳石复位治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者实施一般护理、心理护理、饮食护理、复位护理及出院指导。[结果]有效减轻眩晕症状,提高临床疗效。[结论]综合护理耳石复位治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕可减轻患者眩晕症状,缩短住院时间,预防和控制疾病复发,提高生活质量。
[ Objective ] To observe the curative effect of comprehensive nursing canalith repositioning for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. [ Methods ] General nursing, psychological nursing, diet nursing, reset nursing and discharge guidance in patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo in 40 cases of canalith repositioning maneuver. [ Results ] Effectively relieve the vertigo symptoms, improve clinical efficacy. [ Conclusion ] The comprehensive nursing canalith repositioning for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo can relieve the vertigo symptoms, shorten the time of hospitalization, the prevention and control of disease recurrence, improve the quality of life.
