摘要 （续前期）以下为该指南解读的第三部分：3.8胆道疾病的处理问题25：胆源性胰腺炎早期行ERCP和括约肌切开的指征是什么？（1）拟诊轻型胆源性胰腺炎不伴胆管炎患者不应行ER-CP.（GRADE 1A,高度共识）（2）拟诊重型胆源性胰腺炎不伴胆管炎患者可能也不应行ERCP.（GRADE1B,高度共识）（3）胆源性胰腺炎伴胆总管梗阻患者可能应行ERCP.（GRADE 1C,高度共识）（4）胆源性胰腺炎伴胆管炎患者应行ERCP.关键词：循证医学;急性胰腺炎分类号：R658
