摘要
目的:观察采用中医辨证护理方法对胸痹心痛患者进行护理的临床效果。方法:对40例急性胸痹心痛患者进行中医辨证护理,并观察其护理效果。结果:所有胸痹心痛患者经积极合理的治疗与中医辨证护理取得了较好的临床疗效,全部病例均健康出院,患者及家属对冶疗效果及预后均较满意。结论:及时准确有效的护理措施是促进胸痹患者康复的重要手段,不但在促进早日康复、提高临床疗起着重要作用,在延缓病程进展及提高生活质量方面同样有着举足轻重的地位。
Objective：To observe the TCM syndrome nursing effect on patients with chest pain. Methods ：40 patients with acute chest pain were given TCM nursing based on syndrome differentiation, and to observe the effects. Results ： All chest pain patients with a positive and reasonable treatment and TCM nursing achieved better clinical outcomes. All patients were health discharged. Patients and their families were satisfied to medical treatments and prognosis. Conclusion ： The timely and accurate measures of nursing is an important means to promote the rehabilitation of patients with chest pain, not only in promoting a speedy recover and improving the clinical treatment but also plays an important role in delaying disease progression and improving quality of life.
