摘要
介绍了采用低碳成分设计和TMCP工艺生产的X80钢级油气输送热轧卷板经螺旋焊制管前后性能指标的拉伸性能、夏比冲击韧性、DWTT性能的变化特点,钢卷与钢管的检测对比显示:强度指标的变化与板壁厚和钢管直径之比有较强的对应关系外也与材料的组织有关;制管前后的韧性变化不大。
Research on the change characteristics of tensile property, Charpy impact toughness and DWTT results of low carbon X80-Grade Pipeline Steel, which adopts low carbon design and TMCP process, are from hot rolled coiled to spiral welded pipe. The results showed that there exists the corresponding relation between the change of strength index and the ratio of wall thickness and steel tube diameter. And it also related to microstructure of material. The changes of the toughness before and after manufacturing pipe changes little.
