摘要
建立了一种检测聚氯乙烯(PVC)软袋中聚乙烯蜡(PEW)含量的分析方法。以PEW为外标,采用差示扫描量热法(DSC),通过测定PVC样品中PEW的熔融热以确定其含量。结果表明:样品中PEW的加标回收率为101.45%,测试相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.77%。该方法操作简便,具有良好的专属性、准确性和重现性。
A quantitative determination method of polyethylene wax （PEW） in polyvinyl chloride （PVC） bags was developed. PEW material was used as an external standard, and its content in PVC was quantified according to its heat of fusion which was measured by differential scanning calorimetry （DSC）. The results show that the average recovery of the sample is 101.45%, and the average relative standard deviation （RSD） is 5.77%. The method is simple, specific, accurate, and has good experimental reproducibility.
