摘要
目的观察象皮生肌膏促肛瘘术后创面修复的临床疗效。方法将92例低位肛瘘患者随机分为3组。术后治疗组31例采用象皮生肌膏纱条换药,对照Ⅰ组30例采用湿润烧伤膏纱条换药,对照Ⅱ组31例采用凡士林纱条换药。结果治疗组在创面完全愈合时间、新生上皮出现时间、创面愈合率及术后分泌物评分方面优于对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照Ⅰ组在创面完全愈合时间、新生上皮出现时间、创面愈合率及术后分泌物评分方面优于对照Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组在术后VAS评分、第10天水肿评分方面与对照Ⅰ组疗效相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组均优于对照Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在第14天水肿评分与对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组相当,三组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论象皮生肌膏促肛瘘术后创面修复的临床疗效确切、值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on wound repair after anal fistula surgery. Methods Ninety-two patients of low anal fistula were randomized into 3 groups.After surgery,31 cases in the treatment group received the gauze strip dressing with XiangpiShengjiOintment;in the controlⅠgroup,30 cases received the gauze strip dressing with ShirunShaoshang Ointment and in the controlⅡ group,31 cases received the gauze strip dressing with Vaseline.Results In the treatment group,the time of complete wound healing,the time of new epithelium growth,the wound healing rate and the post-operative secretion score were all superior to the control Ⅰ group and the control Ⅱ group,indicating the significant differences in comparison（P〉0.01 ）.Those in the control Ⅰ group were better thanthe control Ⅱ group,indicating the significant differences（P〉0.01 ）.The post-operative VAS score and the 1 0th day edema score in the treat-ment group were similar to those in the control Ⅰ group,without significant difference in comparison（P〈0.05）.But the results of these two groups were all better than those in the control Ⅱ group,indicating the significant difference（P〉0.05）.The difference in the 1 4th day edema score in the treatment group was not significant as compared with the controlⅠgroup and the controlⅡgroup（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xiang-piShengjiOintment promotes effectively and definitely the wound repair after anal fistula surgery and it de-serves to be promoted clinically.
