血管紧张素转换酶2基因与高血压心血管炎性反应 被引量:5

摘要 高血压不仅是心血管的炎性反应相关疾病,且其本身是炎性反应的一个刺激因素。众多研究结果表明,肾素一血管紧张素系统(RAS)在调节促炎性反应/抗炎因子生成平衡和维持血管张力方面起着极其重要的作用,是机体调控血压稳定和心血管功能的重要机制之一。
