摘要
在援疆医生分布较密集的医院中选取了5所在新疆医疗卫生事业领域有较大影响力和较高知名度的医院进行调查,深入了解援疆医生在受援医院的工作形式和援疆工作中存在的问题,并提出建议。
5 hospitals which have good awareness and large influence in healthcare were selected to have an investigation on the mode and problems of Xinjiang-aid in health and suggestions were also presented.
