直肠类癌行结肠镜下改良式黏膜切除术20例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨结肠镜下改良式黏膜切除术（EMR）治疗直肠类癌的疗效。方法回顾性分析20例直肠类癌患者的临床资料。结果20例均经电子结肠镜检查，其中超声内镜检查14例。以上病例术后病理及免疫组化检查均确诊为类癌。20例全部进行了结肠镜下改良式黏膜切除术治疗，追加外科手术2例（10％）。术后2例失访，2例因其他疾病死亡，其余16例随访l～4年，均无复发。结论改良式EMR术治疗2cm以内未侵犯肌层的直肠类癌疗效满意。
