摘要
目的：建立肾复康片的含量测定标准，更有效地控制该产品质量。方法：含量采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）测定制剂中的芦丁。高效液相色谱条件：DikmaC18（150×4．6mm，5μm）；流速：0．8ml／min；柱温：30℃；流动相：甲醇-水-冰乙酸（40：57．5：2．5）为流动相；检测波长为254nm。结果：HPLC准确、可靠，回收率为95％-105％，RSD为1．85％。结论：该标准可用于肾复康片含量质量控制。
Objective ： To set up content standard of Shenfukang Tablet. Methods ： To determine rutin of Shenfukang Tablet by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. The determination was done with a Kromasil ODS-1C18, mobile phase： methanol-water-glacial acetic acid （40： 57.5： 2. 5）. Results： The present method was reliable and accurate, the recovery rates were 95 -105%, RSD were 1.85%. Conclusion： The standard may use to control content of Shenfukang Tablet.
