摘要
目的通过调查乌鲁木齐地区口腔卫生人力资源配置现状,分析乌鲁木齐地区口腔卫生从业人员的现状及发展趋势。方法本研究为横断面研究,采用自设式问卷调查。调查表并将调查表分发到自治区和乌鲁木齐市卫生行政部门登记在册的口腔卫生从业人员。结果至2012年年底乌鲁木齐地区在卫生行政部门登记注册或备案的口腔卫生人员共计1205人,其中口腔医师962人,护士243人,医护比为3.96∶1,牙医人口比1∶4002。结论乌鲁木齐地区口腔卫生人力资源达到WHO建议水平,医护结构不合理,学历和职称结构层次不合理,城区分布严重不平衡。为改善现有问题,卫生行政机构应合理设置口腔医疗机构已达到口腔人力资源的合理配置、优化教育结构。
Objective Through the investigation of urumqi region oral health human resource allocation situation, analysis the status quo of the oral health practitioners in urumqi and the development trend. Method This study is a cross-sectional study, using a random questionnaire survey. Survey and questionnaires distributed to autonomous region and urumqi city registered by the administrative department of public health oral health practitioners. Results Until the end of 2012 in urumqi region registered with the administrative department of health or the record of oral health workers a total of 1205 people, including 962 oral physicians, nurses, 243 people, medical ratio was 3.96∶1, the dentist population than 1∶4002. Conclusion Urumqi region oral health human resources to achieve the WHO recommended levels, unreasonable structure of medical, educational background and professional title structure unreasonable level, urban distribution of serious imbalance. In order to improve the existing problems, the health administrative agency should be reasonable setting of oral medical institutions has reached to beat the rational allocation of human resources, optimize the education structure.
