摘要
当前随着高校教学规模的不断扩大以及教学改革的日益深入,高校教务秘书队伍也在逐渐壮大,他们在教学管理中的重要作用日益凸显;在教学管理中担当的角色也在发生变化。本文将从管理创新、观念创新、素质创新、技术创新、机制创新五个方面对新形势下高校教务秘书的角色进行分析探讨,以求实现教务秘书工作效率最优化。
With the expansion of college teaching scope and the deepening of teaching reform ,the team of teaching secretaries is growing .Their function in teaching management is more and more important and the roles they are playing are changing .In this essay ,from the five perspectives of management creation , concept creation ,quality creation , technique creation and system creation ,college teaching secretaries ＆#39;roles under the new condition are discussed with the hope the highest working efficiency of teaching secre-taries can be achieved .
