摘要
目的:探讨齐拉西酮合并碳酸锂治疗女性双相障碍躁狂发作的疗效和安全性。方法:将80例双相障碍躁狂发作患者随机分为齐拉西酮联合碳酸锂治疗组(研究组)和利培酮联合碳酸锂治疗组(对照组)各40例,观察4周。分别采用Bech-Rafaelsen躁狂量表(BRMS)、副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果:研究组和对照组的有效率分别为85.0%和87.5%,两组之间的差异无统计学意义(x2=0.139,P>0.05)。研究组不良反应轻微,在EPS、体重增加及催乳素升高等方面的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:齐拉西酮联合碳酸锂治疗女性双相障碍躁狂发作有良好疗效,不良反应轻微。
Objective ：To explore efficacy and safety of ziprasidone combined with lithium carbonate in treatment of female ma-nic episodes in bipolar disorder. Methods：Eighty patients meeting the bipolar affective disorder standards were randomly divided into research group （n = 40, treated with ziprasidone combined with lithium carbonate for 4 weeks） the control group （n = 40, treated with risperidone combined with lithium carbonate for 4 weeks）. The efficacies and adverse reactions were assessed by using Bech-Rafaelsenmania rating scale （BRMS） and treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS）. Results： The effective rates of ziprasidone and risperidonegroups were 85. 0% and 87. 5% , respectively, and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant （x2 = 0. 139, P〉0. 05）. The adverse reactions of ziprasidone group were milder and the incidence rates of EPS, weight gain and high prolactin werelower than those of risperidone group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant. Conclusions ： Ziprasi -done combined with lithium carbonate in the treatment of female manic episodes in bipolar disorder has good efficacy and mild adverse reactions.
